If your computer is sufficiently ventilated and kept cool at all times then you can keep it up and running as long as you want. if your PC surrounding is warm then do not run it for more than 10 hrs, but if surrounding is cool then you can run it 24/7 hrs.   TIPS FOR KEEPING YOUR PC COOL 1) your PC must be ventilated  2) ventilation of PC is also depend upon the      size of the PC case (body) 3) your PC surrounding must be cool  4) your PC should have enough fans to      remove the heat from your PC  5) you must clean your PC onc
